Ground-breaking Canadian Bible engagement research …

Explore the much-anticipated Canadian Bible Engagement Study (CBES)

Envisioned, sponsored and published by the Canadian Bible Forum and The Evangelical Fellowship of Canada, the Canadian Bible Engagement Study polls 4,500 Canadians regarding their use, trends, beliefs, and attitudes toward the Bible.

The CBES was commissioned to raise awareness about the importance of Bible reading and reflection, fuel the development of culturally relevant biblical resources, serve as a benchmark to measure Bible engagement and help facilitate Canadians’ being informed and transformed by the Scriptures. The Canadian Bible Forum and the Stronger Together Foundation sponsor it.

The findings provide multiple insights into how and why Canadians do or do not connect with the Bible and reveal the key drivers of Bible engagement.

Rick Hiemstra (EFC Research Director) and world-class market research company Angus Reid Strategies conducted the survey.
